| What is your supply lead time? |
| Depending on the availability of raw materials and components,
it takes about 1 - 3 days from our receipt of customer's confirmed purchase order
for the goods to be ready for shipment. |

| All our products are subject to
a rigorous development and qualification process to ensure they exceed
or equate the performance of the originals. Our production partner is
ISO9001 certified with a well-organized quality assurance programme in
place. Our manufactured also receives ISO14001 as well as certificates
from Standardized Test Methods Committee (STMC). All our remanufactured
inkjet and laser cartridges go through post-production print test. We
also send our products to International Imaging Technology Council for

quality that matches or exceeds our consumers’ expectations. |

| Is it true that using a remanufactured cartridge will
void my warranty or damage our printer? |
| It is very unlikely that a problem with
your printer equipment would stem from the cartridge. If that should occur
and can be determined to be caused by a cartridge that is not the manufacturer’s
one, the company may decline that particular repair. However, our company
is so certain that the cartridge will not cause damage that we offer to repair
any problems caused directly by our cartridge free of charge. |
